ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange peel
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Sift dry ingredients, beat eggs until light, gradually beat in sugar. Beat in oil, add buttermilk and zucchini. Add dry ingredients, peel and nuts. Bake in 13 by 9 by 2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
