PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 sm. Cool Whip

Cream cream cheese until soft. Fold in sugar and peanut butter. Fold well. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into pie crust.
