PARMESAN TOAST STRIPS 
1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
4 slices bread, toasted
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Combine crumbs with cheese. Remove crusts from toast slices; cut each piece into 5 strips. Combine butter and onion salt. Roll strips in seasoned butter, then in corn flake mixture. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes or until crisp. Serve at once with soup or salad. Makes 20 strips.
