2 c. white sugar
1 c. light Karo
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. peanuts
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda

Cook Karo, sugar and water to 250 degrees, stirring. Add butter, peanuts and cook to 310 degrees, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.

Immediately pour onto buttered cookie sheet or foil (don't try to spread). Cool, then break into pieces.
