CLOUD COOKIES 
2 egg whites (room temperature)
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. pecan pieces

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Gradually add sugar and beat until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto foil-lined cookie sheets and put into oven. Turn off oven and leave overnight to dry out. Remove from cookie sheets next day.
