SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 egg white
1/2 c. chopped raisins or ground in food chopper
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
Salt

Combine above ingredients except egg white. Cook in double boiler until thick and smooth. Fold in beaten egg white. (I prefer vanilla to the spices.) Pour in baked pie shell, and cover with meringue made with 2 egg whites and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Brown.
