Senator Russell's Sweet Potato Pie - Recipe

SENATOR RUSSELL'S SWEET POTATO
PIE

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Combine and place in sprayed casserole dish and top with the following.

Combine:

1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. butter
1 c. light packed brown sugar

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
