BLUE CHEESE PATE 
1 lb. crumbled blue cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
2 (8 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. softened butter
2 finely chopped dill pickles
2 tbsp. chopped drained capers
1/2 c. chopped chives

Mix blue cheese, ham, cream cheese and butter until smooth. Fold in pickles and capers. Chill for 2 hours. Using wet hands, shape into a ball, then roll in chopped chives. Chill until serving. Serve with crackers and/or assorted veggies, such as cucumbers, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.
