APPLE SPICE CUSTARD CAKE 
1 pkg. spice cake mix
2 med. cooking apples, chopped
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/4 c. real lemon juice
Cinnamon

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Stir in apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 9 x 13 Pyrex dish.

Combine condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Spread over cooked cake. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer or until topping is set. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
