SPANISH GRITS FOR AT LEAST 60 | |
7 1/2 qts. water 7 1/2 c. grits 3 1/3 tbsp salt Cook grits in salted water. 4 lbs. cheese, your choice 16 oz. chopped green chilies or to taste 8 oz. chopped pimiento 16 eggs, beaten Pour into banquet pan (19 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
