3 lb. chuck roast (about 2 inches thick)
2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1/2 env. onion soup mix (stir env. first to mix)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place roast in center of large piece of heavy duty foil in a roasting pan. (Spray center of foil first with Pam spray.) Brush meat with steak sauce, sprinkle onion soup over it. Spread with mushroom soup. Wrap in foil (drug- store wrap) and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Serves 6.
