CHUCK ROAST WITH GRAVY 
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 tsp. steak sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place meat on aluminum foil. Spread steak sauce over meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Pour can of soup over meat. Place in pan at 325 degrees for approximately 3 hours.
