STEAK HOT DISH 
2 c. round steak or venison steak, cubed
1 c. water
1/2 c. rice
1 c. celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. soy sauce

Brown the meat. Add other ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. (The mixture prior to baking is very liquid don't worry - it will be great!!)
