SCRAMBLED EGGS SOUFFLE 
8 slices white bread, buttered
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
10 eggs, beaten
1 qt. milk
Salt and pepper
Optional: 1 c. diced ham
1/2 sm. onion, diced
Green pepper, diced
Cooked link sausage or cooked crumbled bacon

Butter and cube 8 slices white bread and spread in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Add beaten eggs, and milk, salt and pepper to taste. Add optional items if desired. Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 300 degrees 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until set.
