THREE BEAN SALAD 
1 lb. green beans, canned
1 lb. yellow beans, canned
1 lb. kidney beans, canned
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Drain beans. Add green peppers and onions and mix gently. Combine sugar, vinegar and salad oil. Pour over vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly but gently. Chill overnight if possible. Mix before serving. Yields 8 servings.
