PASTA VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 box spiral tri-colored pasta
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped peppers
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. seeded cucumbers, cubed
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. black olives, sliced
1 env. Italian salad dressing mix
Garlic powder
Black pepper

Cook pasta, al dente. In large bowl mix pasta and all vegetables; season with garlic powder and black pepper to your taste. Mix salad dressing mix according to directions on package. Pour over pasta and vegetables. Marinate for at least 6 hours in refrigerator, covered. Makes about 2 quarts. Smaller amounts of vegetables may be used for a smaller salad.
