PASTA AND FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 c. tri-colored noodles
1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. broccoli buds
1/4 c. cucumber, diced
1/4 c. cauliflower buds
1/4 tsp. tomatoes, diced
1/4 c. green peppers, diced
1/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. green onions, diced
1 pkg. low calorie Hidden Ranch dressing

Cook noodles. Drain and chill. Mix all ingredients together and add 1 package of low calorie Hidden Ranch Dressing. Makes 4-6 servings. This is low calorie and heart heart healthy.
