STIR FRY PORK 
2 lbs. pork
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. chopped garlic
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. seasonal salt
3 lg. eggs
Cooking oil
1 1/2 c. rice

Cut the pork into desired bite size pieces. Fry in cooking oil until well done. Add garlic, onion, and seasonal salt; cook until onions are soft. Add cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce turn and flip the ingredients together. In frying pan push the above ingredients to the side. Break 3 eggs in the middle of the pan and scramble them. After eggs are cooked; mix all together.
