CHERRY COBBLER 
1 can or jar cherry pie filling (21 or more oz.)
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. boiling water
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix pie filling and lemon peel in a square pan 8x8x2 inch.

2. Combine Bisquick and butter in small bowl. Add water, stir vigorously until dough forms a ball and cleans bowl. (Dough will be puffy and soft.)

3. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto fruit filling.

4. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of dough.

5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
