AU GRATIN POTATOES 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. potatoes, cooked in skins and cool; peel and grate
1/4 inch thick slices Velveeta cheese, to cover potatoes
Salt and pepper, to taste
Diced onion, to taste
Sm. butter on each cheese slice

In large casserole, place in layers: 1/2 of potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper. onion, and butter. Repeat layers. Pour over all 1/8 to 1/4 cup of milk. Bake, covered, 2 hours at 350 degrees.
