MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (with juice), chopped

Mix well and pour into greased and floured 9x13-pan.

Bake at 325°F for 25 to 28 minutes. Cool and ice with icing.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 small can crushed pineapple (with juice)

Mix by hand, adding the dry pudding mix last. Keep cake in refrigerator.
