GAZPACHO 
2 c. tomato, chopped
2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. cucumber, chopped
2 tsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. chives
1 clove garlic, crushed
5 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lg. cans tomato juice
2 cans Snappy Tom drink mix

Blend above ingredients until smooth. Chill and serve.
