1/2 head lettuce, torn in pieces
Grated Cheddar cheese
Tomatoes, sliced
Avocado, sliced

DRESSING:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. salsa
1 tbsp. water

Mix together. Place lettuce in bowl and toss with dressing. Arrange remaining ingredients on top.
