SHEPHERD'S PIE | |
Instant mashed potato puffs 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 2 c. cooked beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 c. cooked vegetables 2 c. gravy Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare potato puffs for 8 servings. Stir in parsley flakes. In an ungreased 3-quart casserole, stir together the remaining ingredients. Mound potatoes on beef mixture. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until potatoes brown slightly. |
