CREAM CHEESE EGGS 
3 tbsp. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Mash cheese; blend in milk. Beat until fluffy. Beat eggs slightly. Add salt and pepper. melt butter; add egg mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, to loosen eggs from bottom and sides of pan. Serves 4.
