CRAB MEAT SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. malt vinegar
2 boiled eggs
1 c. celery, cut fine
1 can crab meat

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add salt and vinegar. Cool. Blend in mayonnaise. Chill until thickened. Fold in chopped boiled eggs, celery and crabmeat. Pour into mold or square pan. Chill until very firm.
