BARBECUE SPARERIBS | |
Select either rack of ribs, country style or southern style ribs. SAUCE: 1 diced onion 1/2 bottle ketchup 3 tbsp. sweet pickle juice 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. boiling water 1 med. onion cut up fine Saute onion in oil or butter in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly 15 to 20 minutes. Put ribs in shallow pan. Spread sliced onions on top of ribs. Bake about 1 hour. Cover ribs with sauce and bake 1 hour or more until tender. 350 degree oven. |
