ARTICHOKES, PEPPERS AND
MUSHROOMS
 
1 can artichokes
1 jar roasted peppers
1 can mushrooms
1 clove garlic, chopped
Olive oil or vegetable spray

Cut artichokes in quarters, clean peppers and slice into strips. Rinse mushrooms. In large frying pan, spray with olive oil spray or vegetable spray. Saute garlic in this, add the vegetables and saute over medium flame for 15 minutes.
