1 c. plain flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. cooking oil

Cook for 3 minutes until it pulls away from the pan. Knead on waxed paper for about 3 minutes; add a few drops of food coloring into playdough until even. Store in airtight container. Great for kids.
