MOCK SUKIYAKI 
1 lb. round steak cut in strips
1 can beef broth
1 1/2 c. celery
Lg. green pepper strips
Med. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown meat. Add broth, vegetables, and soy sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir. Combine 1 cup water and cornstarch. Stir into sauce and cook until thick. Serve over rice.
