HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients in a food processor, adding in the order listed. Blend well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced bread.

OPTIONS: Add dill weed, diced green chiles, or jalapenos as a tasty alternative. Surprisingly good and EASY!
