1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Brown sausage and onion. Drain. Put in bottom of pie plate. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This is great to make ahead and refrigerate. Reheats well in microwave.
