1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrot
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Add ingredients in order listed. Beat well. Bake in bundt pan sprayed with Pam for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 15 minutes and invert on plate.
