OVEN FRENCH TOAST 
2 eggs
1 c. milk or buttermilk
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
8 slices bread

In shallow bowl beat eggs with fork or wire whisk. Stir in milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla and salt.

Coat bread in mixture and place in a well greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Turn bread over and bake for 10 minutes more or until lightly browned.

You can prepare toast for the whole family at one time, using this method.
