3 c. cornbread mix
1/2 c. oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. whole kernel, drained
1 c. cheese, grated
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
5 slices bacon
2 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. jalapenos, chopped
2 sm. minced garlic

Fry bacon crisp and crumble. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 450 degrees 35-40 minutes.
