SAMOAN CHOP SUEY 
3 long rice
1 onion
1 clove garlic
4 carrots, sliced lengthwise
1 green pepper, sliced
2 cans corned beef
1 sm. pkg. string beans, sliced lengthwise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. cooking oil

Soak long rice in water. Add oil to pot on low heat, add onion, garlic until sauteed, then add carrots, green peppers, string beans and corned beef. Cook for 15 minutes. When long rice is soft; drain and add to rest of ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Adding 1 cup of water, let simmer for 20 minutes. Serves 10.
