WEST COAST CHICKEN 
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 c. melted butter
2 tsp. ground ginger
4 tsp. soy sauce

Oil for greasing pans
5 lb. chicken thighs, skinned

Combine first 6 ingredients. Grease 2 baking pans 11 x 7 inch well with oil. Place chicken single layer in pans. Baste well with sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, basting with sauce once during cooking.
