CHICKEN DIJON 
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. coarsely textured mustard
1/4 c. oil
3 tbsp. brown sugar
12 chicken thighs or 6 1/2 chicken breasts
1 c. dry bread crumbs
Pam for pan
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
Salt as desired
Few dashes oregano

Combine ingredients and brush on chicken. Roll in bread crumbs and place in casserole. Bake thighs 45 minutes and breasts 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 6.
