2 egg whites
1 or 2 tbsp. sugar
Few drops vanilla
1 c. applesauce

Whip 2 egg whites stiff with 1 or 2 tablespoons sugar and few drops vanilla. (I use 2.) Whip very cold applesauce into whipped egg whites, 2 tablespoons at a time (to 1 cup). Chill until serving time.
