16 egg whites
1/3 c. vanilla flavoring
1 lb. box Ritz crackers, crushed
4 c. sugar
2 c. pecans

Beat egg whites with vanilla until stiff. Combine crackers, sugar and pecans. Fold into egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Makes two 9 inch pies. (Melts in your mouth.)
