ORANGE - GLAZED CARROTS 
3 c. thinly sliced carrots
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. chopped pecans

Combine carrots and water and salt in crock pot. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours or until carrots are done. Drain well, stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 5 to 6.
