1 c. sugar
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients in a medium bowl. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Press a fork across top of each cookie, make a criss cross pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute.
