AUNTY MARY'S CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lb. chicken
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. shoyu
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple
1/3 c. vinegar

Flour chicken with salt and pepper then pan fry. Add to sauce. Use ONLY juice of pineapple in the sauce. Garnish with pineapple, then serve.
