FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced chicken or turkey
1 (15 oz.) pineapple chunks
2 tsp. grated onion
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can sliced black olives
1/2 c. green pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. green grapes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
5 oz. chow mein noodles
1 c. slivered almonds

Combine all together except dressing, mustard and noodles. Combine dressing and toss. Just before serving, add noodles and almonds.
