HAWAIIAN OMELETTE 
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
ham, sliced in chunks
bacon, sliced into chunks
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
sliced mushrooms
sliced jalapenos
canned pineapple rings (2 rings per omelette)

Combine eggs, milk and salt & pepper in a mixing bowl and mix it up real good. Get all your meats grilled then mushrooms and then grill the pineapple rings til the outside looks cooked.

Butter a skillet. Add the egg mix and cook til the liquid is solidified. Add some grated cheese then rip the bacon into small chunks and add. Toss in some chunks of ham, then add pineapple rings and some mushrooms and jalapenos, then more cheese.

Fold over and chow down!
