NEVER FAIL NOODLES 
1 egg
4 egg yolks
2 tsp. salad oil
2 tsp. water
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat egg and egg yolks, salad oil, and water. Then add to flour and salt. Knead slightly, adding a little more flour to make dough easy to handle. Roll out as thin as possible, then roll as for jelly roll. Cut into desired size. Dry on a dish towel for about an hour. Can be used at once or stored.
