CHINESE SALAD 
1 med. head Napa cabbage, chopped fine
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
10-12 fresh mushrooms, sliced

Mix above together. Just before serving, add dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix above and let stand a few hours or overnight. Last of all, add 1 large can chow mein noodles. Toss everything together and serve right away.

NOTE: If this stands too long, the noodles get soggy.
