1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. ground pecans
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. condensed milk
Red decorator sugar
Green decorator sugar
1 pkg. sliced almonds
Green food coloring

Combine dry Jello, pecans, coconut; stir in condensed milk and vanilla. Mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Place almonds in bowl; stir in green coloring, enough to tint. Spread on paper towel to dry. Shape Jello mixture into strawberry shape. Roll in red sugar, but only the slender end. Dip the fat end in the green sugar. Insert a slice of almond in end for stem.
