CHICKEN TACOS 
1 chicken, cooked, boned and diced
1 onion
2 - 3 jalapeno peppers
2 c. tomato juice
1 can enchilada sauce
1 sm. tomato sauce
2 c. table cream
2 c. Velveeta cheese, chunked
18 corn tortillas

Brown onion and peppers until tender (add a little oil). Add everything together except tortillas. Heat thoroughly. Brown tortillas in oil. Layer in baking dish. Add sauce. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 350 degrees until tender and hot.
