LOW-CAL MAYONNAISE 
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil

Put first 4 ingredients in blender. Whip in blender and slowly add vegetable oil. You can use as you would mayonnaise or add seasonings to make a salad dressing.
